Produced water comes in dirty and variable, and goes out clean, stable, and compatible with the operator’s frac fluid system.

Oxidation of H₂S, iron sulfides, SRB, and APB using the right chemistry for the water — typically ClO₂, sometimes PAA or combinations

How the Program Runs

Every recycle program is engineered around the source water, the target reuse application, and the operator’s existing chemistry. Typical components include:

Documented reductions in iron and suspended solids — bench-scale studies have confirmed up to 98% iron removal and 94% solids reduction

Low residual levels that integrate cleanly with friction reducers and frac fluid systems

Bacterial control to undetectable levels at the discharge point

Optional add-ons: scale inhibitors, clay stabilizers, and non-oxidizing biocides for downhole residual protection
