Equipment, Automation, and Global Reach
The Equipment, Automation, and Field Operations Behind the Chemistry.
Custom Mobile and Permanent Equipment
One of the ways PureLine Energy Solutions differs from the field is our willingness to engineer for the actual job site. Our expert staff of engineers, chemists, and technicians design mobile trailers and permanent installations that hold up in sub-zero temperatures, harsh terrain, and the operational realities of oilfield work.
Every system is engineered around two principles: safety and redundancy. We don’t design equipment that depends on perfect conditions, and we don’t design equipment that fails quietly. Redundancy is built in, monitoring is built in, and the system is designed to keep producing the treatment the operator paid for.
PAWS — Automated Water Systems
PureLine utilizes a control system for oilfield water transfer and treatment automation. It gives operators real-time monitoring and control of diesel pumps, flow levels, pressures, and treatment dose — even in remote areas with or without available cellular networks.
Capabilities include pump start/stop, pump speed control, pump health monitoring (fuel consumption, battery charge, inlet/outlet pressures, coolant temperature), tank and pit level sensing, and cascading pump control based on flow set rates.
Translation:
One operator with a screen can run an entire water system that used to require a crew.
Water Transfer at Scale
PureLine Energy Solutions offers water transfer services for pit-to-pit and frac applications. An array of 600 and 325 HP pumps coupled with 12″ HDPE/TPE hose accommodates fresh and produced water transfers.
Combined with PAWS automation, these systems deliver controlled, monitored water movement at field-scale flow rates.
Global Reach
PureLine Energy Solutions runs programs across the major U.S. unconventional basins — the Permian, Eagle Ford, Bakken, Marcellus, and Haynesville — and supports large-scale oil and gas projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
That global experience reinforces our ability to execute at scale, adapt to regional requirements, and deliver consistent, high-performance results across diverse geographies.
